Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack AI features end to end, from scoping to deployment.
- Own 0-to-1 projects, collaborating with sales and operations teams.
- Build and improve agentic infrastructure for production-level inference.
- Integrate AI into the marketplace, creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop scalable tools and systems for intelligent matching and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and owning production AI systems end-to-end.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python skills.
- Proven track record of taking ambiguous problems from concept to production.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to turn uncertainty into clarity.
