Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers and integration partners to learn their workflows and pain points.
- Own implementations end to end, including scoping, building, deploying, training, and ongoing support.
- Build integrations to expedite the go-live process with property management systems and third-party vendors.
- Translate field learnings into reusable platform features.
- Partner with sales and customer success to close strategic deals and support major accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web apps with a strong full stack foundation.
- Experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Proficient in backend development with Ruby and frontend technologies like React/Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of third-party APIs and handling complex data from legacy systems.
- Ability to run AI coding agents autonomously and a bias for shipping working solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment.
