Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end architecture for deployment and interaction software.
- Lead the design of human-robot interaction interfaces and strategies.
- Own the technical strategy for last-mile delivery and integration at customer sites.
- Provide architectural direction for Application Engineers and Software Support Engineers.
- Establish engineering practices for live customer demonstrations and installations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate platform capabilities into customer solutions.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers across teams and raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- Proven track record in architecting and shipping complex customer-facing systems.
- Deep experience in designing intuitive interfaces for complex technical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead last-mile engineering and field deployment.
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong systems thinking across the operational stack for deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-visibility environments.
