Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles.
- Background at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/automation solutions.
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through technology.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows.
- High business acumen across multiple functions.
- Working knowledge of modern AI tools and frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data analysis and visualization skills.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
