Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Propose and launch innovative ways of interacting with AI for knowledge processing and sensemaking.
- Drive alignment and output in an undefined product area.
- Use infrastructure expertise to connect AI models with the reliability and scale required for production Google systems.
- Build full-stack customer experiences and take technical consumer products from conception to launch.
- Set technical direction and contribute to software design and architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of full-stack development experience across back-end and front-end codebases.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 1 year of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role setting technical direction.
- Ability to self-direct work and drive output in an undefined product area.
- Proficiency using coding agents to explore, build, and iterate quickly.
- Passion for building with AI and creating simple, effective user experiences.
