Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver robust enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Drive software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and develop engineers while fostering technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluate emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.
- Build and maintain cloud-based automation for testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with cloud-based testing and deployment automation.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies applied to software engineering.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Prior financial services or Big Tech experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack.
