Base Salary
$221k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for the Partnerships platform.
- Own and evolve the technical architecture across identity, cart, checkout, and partner orchestration.
- Define clear boundaries and contracts between partner-facing and internal systems.
- Identify repeatable integration patterns and convert them into reusable building blocks.
- Partner with product and partner teams to define SLAs and integration playbooks.
- Work closely with various teams to align partnership requirements with core platform roadmaps.
- Represent the Partnerships technical perspective in cross-functional forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant time in a technical lead or Staff-level capacity.
- Proven track record designing and evolving platforms or integration frameworks.
- Deep experience with distributed systems and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplevel engineers across levels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in shipping complex features.
