Base Salary
$180k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops that drive user growth.
- Implement monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows.
- Run A/B tests and build tooling to improve the experimentation framework.
- Own sign-up, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Develop across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and analytics instrumentation.
- Partner with product management, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production web applications with strong full-stack fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, or strong fundamentals in similar technologies.
- Strong product and business sense with motivation to improve growth and monetization metrics.
- Comfort with A/B testing, analytics, and interpreting metrics.
- Ability to balance rapid experimentation with deliberate execution when handling credits and payments.
- Comfort working in ambiguity with an iterative shipping approach.
- Experience with onboarding, paywalls, referrals, or payment flows is preferred.
