Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy DevOps flows for a digital product development team.
- Create and maintain CI/CD flows for product delivery, code quality, automated QA, living documentation, and developer tooling.
- Support cloud architecture adoption, engineering best practices, and new cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with client engineering, cloud, and DevOps teams to align technology choices with enterprise standards.
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams on cloud competencies.
- Define and document application deployment and infrastructure maintenance strategies.
- Work from the CDMX office one day per week or more when project needs require it.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical individual contributor putting software into production.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and cloud technologies, with expertise in Azure and Terraform.
- Proficiency with CI/CD technologies and deploying software APIs and data pipelines to production.
- Proficiency with Docker and creating new API services.
- Experience with SQL and scheduled data pipeline jobs that power other systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Exposure to modern JavaScript or TypeScript UI technologies, GraphQL, and the .NET ecosystem is desirable.
- Experience with GenAI technologies and RAG is a plus.
