Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Implement robust unit testing and modern DevOps practices for efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS/NoSQL databases for global performance and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX, QA, and engineers to translate customer needs into agile deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Evolve engineering standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Guide the adoption of new technologies in identity management and cloud security.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building complex software solutions with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience in cloud-native application development on AWS and/or Azure is a plus.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL).
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools.
- Experience in leading or mentoring diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
