Responsibilities

Form successful relationships with clients in your assigned territory.
Deliver technical and business value alongside an Account Executive and a Senior Solutions Architect.
Engage clients through hands-on evaluation and programming.
Contribute to the Databricks technical community via workshops and seminars.
Author reference architectures and demo applications as a trusted advisor.
Manage projects with accountability and basic project management discipline.
Develop skills in pre-sales to become an independently operating Solutions Architect.

Ability to create compelling narratives and identify client pain-points.
Desire to understand business challenges and provide value-driven technical solutions.
Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Builder mindset with a passion for quick prototyping.
Knowledge in Big Data Analytics and exposure to public cloud platforms.
Experience in delivering retail industry projects is a strong plus.
Spikes in production-grade SQL/DWH or ML/AI are advantageous.
Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
