Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, enhance, and optimize custom software applications and components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements, solve problems, and make key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to application architecture and development practices.
- Manage team performance, support team decisions, mentor junior members, and facilitate workshops and meetings.
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python software development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with application design and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Git and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
