SAP SD & IBP Lead Architect

- Lead the design and deployment of SAP SD and S&OP solutions.
- Configure core Order-to-Cash capabilities including order management and pricing.
- Enable end-to-end planning capabilities across demand and supply processes.
- Drive full lifecycle implementations including solution design and deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA SD and other IBP solutions.
- Design and optimize data flows and master data governance.
- Lead S&OP transformation initiatives toward an integrated IBP framework.
- Enhance order-to-cash performance and customer fulfillment capabilities.
- Enable scenario modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SD and S&OP/IBP solutions.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Deep expertise in S&OP/IBP solutions and SAP SD functionalities.
- Strong experience with SAP integration tools like CPI-DS.
- Experience in complex manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence across business and executive leadership.
