Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of SAP SD and S&OP solutions.
Configure core Order-to-Cash capabilities including order management and pricing.
Enable end-to-end planning capabilities across demand and supply processes.
Drive full lifecycle implementations including solution design and deployment.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA SD and other IBP solutions.
Design and optimize data flows and master data governance.
Lead S&OP transformation initiatives toward an integrated IBP framework.
Enhance order-to-cash performance and customer fulfillment capabilities.
Enable scenario modeling to support executive decision-making.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in SAP SD and S&OP/IBP solutions.
Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
Deep expertise in S&OP/IBP solutions and SAP SD functionalities.
Strong experience with SAP integration tools like CPI-DS.
Experience in complex manufacturing or distribution environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence across business and executive leadership.
