Base Salary
$77k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies that improve productivity and business performance.
- Streamline product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing and supply chain improvements.
- Develop and maintain software solutions using C#.NET, C++, and Python.
- Conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, debug software, and test functionality and performance.
- Apply continuous integration and continuous delivery practices to improve software development processes.
- Design enterprise application architecture and integrate solutions to meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Build client relationships and provide guidance on digital technologies, product quality, and speed to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Proficiency in C#.NET, C++, and Python.
- Experience with application development and lifecycle management, debugging, quality assurance testing, object-oriented design, system development, enterprise application architecture, and integration.
- Ability to navigate complex client relationships and project needs.
