Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the DevOps and platform engineering function.
- Design and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve observability using tools like Datadog and GCP.
- Implement and maintain FinOps governance for cost accountability.
- Enable developer productivity through internal tooling and reusable modules.
- Help define and measure SLOs for system health and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on cost-effective architectural patterns.
- Influence the long-term DevOps roadmap and engineering culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python or Go with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Proven ownership of production infrastructure and platform tooling.
- Experience designing secure and robust infrastructure in regulated environments.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud providers focused on cost management.
- Hands-on experience with FinOps tooling or custom cost allocation tools.
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
