Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write software and contribute to designs that address complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to impactful team deliverables.
- Work year-round, part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Graduating in December 2028 or later and majoring in computer science, software engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Able to work year-round, start in Fall 2026, and work in person at the San Luis Obispo corporate office.
- Must live within commuting distance of San Luis Obispo, California.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, or C++, including object-oriented design.
- Preferred qualifications include previous technical internships and the ability to solve complex problems and work through ambiguity.
