Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the Delta team in modernizing the product while delivering new value to customers.
- Partner with product teams to run rapid experiments and incorporate customer feedback.
- Modernize legacy pages and workflows using web components and React applications.
- Build and maintain shared packages and reusable UI components across the CoreJS monorepo.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate authentication and shared services.
- Define right-sized scope with product and engineering management for maximum customer impact.
- Champion AI-native engineering workflows to accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality.
- Mentor engineers on best practices in automated testing and progressive modernization strategies.
Requirements
- Experience leading the design and implementation of major features and platform improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of rapid experimentation.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- Strong full-stack skills in C#/.NET and TypeScript/React.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to architect scalable, reliable systems and make technical trade-offs.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance engineering speed and quality.
- Passion for mentoring and promoting engineering best practices.
