Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain software integrations for CPU, storage, and operational data.
- Connect heterogeneous data sources including APIs, databases, and vendor systems.
- Design reliable ingestion mechanisms for structured and semi-structured data.
- Determine architecture for new data integrations across various environments.
- Build backend services that normalize infrastructure data for accessibility.
- Develop interfaces between operational systems and analytics workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand source systems and data ownership.
- Design data models that reconcile information across multiple systems.
- Implement mechanisms for detecting and resolving data discrepancies.
- Support infrastructure planning by ensuring datasets are accurate and timely.
- Create reusable patterns for onboarding new data sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or related disciplines.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience in production software.
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and other interfaces.
- Ability to build reliable batch and asynchronous workloads.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience reasoning about data schemas and system boundaries.
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and infrastructure environments.
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure or backend engineering teams.
