Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive wallet projects from vision through implementation.
- Design new features, interfaces, scalable data models, and reusable modular components.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and client applications for Freighter and related libraries and services.
- Develop integrations with the Stellar network and industry partners.
- Engage with the open-source community on projects and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and engineering best-practice development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
- Experience writing server applications with languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency writing client applications with languages such as TypeScript, Swift, or Dart.
- Understanding of software design patterns and ability to build reusable, extensible, and modular components.
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for ideas in technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- A strong product mindset focused on current and anticipated user needs.
- Preferred experience with blockchain technology, wallets or financial applications, open-source contributions, Go, or TypeScript.
