Responsibilities
- Own the component library and shape the micro-frontend architecture.
- Collaborate with designers to define and maintain the design system.
- Ship pixel-perfect UIs primarily using React.
- Optimize performance by instrumenting Core Web Vitals and analyzing bundle sizes.
- Provide internal tooling and AI rules for front-end contributions.
- Prototype and validate product ideas through interactive proofs-of-concept.
- Host design-quality critiques and address visual debt.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript at production scale.
- Deep CSS fluency and experience with modern browser APIs.
- Proven track record in building or migrating component libraries/design systems.
- Strong performance tuning instincts with tools like Lighthouse.
- Familiarity with monorepo tooling and micro-frontend patterns.
- Ability to work with back-end code to resolve performance bottlenecks.
