
Trading Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across different platforms and environments.
- Build and maintain automation for trading systems, development lifecycles, deployment, monitoring, operations, and backup processes.
- Administer and monitor environments, systems health, and cloud infrastructure services.
- Troubleshoot testing and production issues, including post-deployment problems and downtime incidents.
- Patch servers and implement automated server-hardening policies.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the Trading Infrastructure team and unblock strategic projects.
- Support production launches and collaborate closely with production engineers and developers.
- Participate in early-morning and out-of-hours production support schedules.
Requirements
- Strong experience in infrastructure support, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong scripting skills, including Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with either Windows or Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools.
- Exposure to deployment orchestration platforms such as Octopus Deploy.
- Proficiency with enterprise version control platforms such as GitLab.
- Understanding and practical application of security models such as RBAC.
- Experience with messaging systems and debugging network protocols such as TCP and multicast is highly regarded.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Financial trade floor experience is a plus but not required.
