Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite/Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Build interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and IFS, ServiceNow, and other service-landscape applications.
- Develop synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios with mappings, routing, transformations, and message processing.
- Implement monitoring, error handling, and exception-management mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with SAP EDI, S/4HANA functional, BTP development, and architecture teams.
- Support integrations for Service and Order Management, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Ensure secure and scalable connectivity between cloud and on-premise applications.
- Support migration of existing interfaces into the target S/4HANA integration landscape.
- Participate in integration testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Contribute to integration standards and reusable solutions and maintain technical interface documentation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite/Cloud Integration.
- Experience designing and developing complex integration flows.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, XML, JSON, message mapping, routing, transformations, and API-based integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with non-SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and error-handling concepts.
- Experience with interface monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of authentication, certificates, and secure connectivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English or German.
