Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement and maintain triggers, Apex classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
- Develop Lightning Web Components and Aura components for customized user interfaces.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries for performance.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce system performance, data quality, and user experience.
- Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD tools.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and deployment compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience with advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and the Aura Framework.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows and Process Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governor limits, and the Salesforce security model.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
