Responsibilities
- Define and evolve software architecture for new embedded products.
- Develop, document, test, and validate software in embedded Linux environments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including cybersecurity requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and software design discussions.
- Improve continuous integration processes to increase build and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues, debug systems, and improve software performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in embedded development.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Deep knowledge of the C programming language.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Extensive experience with large-scale embedded projects and solving technical issues.
- Extensive experience with multithreaded programming and inter-process communication.
- Strong knowledge of the Linux kernel and drivers.
- Knowledge of embedded distributions such as Yocto and Buildroot.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Rust, the Zephyr project, Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, and C#.
