Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain shared field systems including demo automation, agent and MCP skill packages, workflow plugins, and a discoverable reusable asset repository.
  • Translate field signals into an instrumented build backlog with prioritized work and named metrics.
  • Produce analytical insights explaining what happened, why it happened, and what changed, and own recurring readouts for Solutions Consulting and sales leadership.
  • Reconcile regional measurements, identify overlooked patterns, and investigate process friction through conversations with Solutions Consultants, account executives, and regional leaders.
  • Evaluate and deliver high-leverage bespoke technical builds when appropriate.
  • Drive adoption through project communications, sprint showcases, and improved asset discoverability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Architecture, POC Program Delivery, Security & Privacy, Tech Partnerships, and RFP Management.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, go-to-market engineering, solutions engineering, or technical program management within B2B SaaS, with ownership of a system or program.
  • Ability to build with scripting and light application development using Python, JavaScript/Node, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Fluency with AI development tooling such as Claude, Cursor, agent frameworks, and MCP.
  • Ability to work with Salesforce, Looker or similar BI tools, and Snowflake or a similar data warehouse to build and defend dashboards.
  • Understanding of sales cycles, presales motions, and technical evaluations.
  • Ability to define requirements independently, communicate with regional leadership and engineers, and work autonomously.
  • Interest in marketing technology, AI tooling, and the evolution of technical evaluation toward POCs and agent-driven connectivity.
  • A computer science degree is not required.
