Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques to real-world product and platform challenges.
- Collaborate with product engineers, DevOps, and the Development Platform team to integrate AI-driven workflows.
- Translate proven techniques into reusable platform services, SDKs, and frameworks.
- Partner with product engineering teams on high-impact initiatives to demonstrate AI's benefits.
- Mentor engineers on the effective use of AI in development.
- Contribute to the technical strategy for AI integration in engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and experience with production systems.
- Expertise in backend or fullstack technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or React.
- Demonstrated success using AI tools to enhance engineering productivity.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure like AWS and Docker.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
