Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI autonomous agentic frameworks and production-ready AI agent solutions.
- Build and maintain highly reliable, scalable backend and full-stack infrastructure.
- Optimize complex database queries in SQL databases and Elastic.
- Implement Redis queues and worker containers for asynchronous task execution.
- Design ingestion pipeline architecture to increase throughput and reduce costs.
- Build APIs and SDKs with a strong focus on developer experience.
- Lead a small, accountable engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Experience maintaining highly reliable and scalable infrastructure.
- Experience building scalable, production-ready AI agent solutions with context engineering, evaluations, and monitoring.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Familiarity with a majority of the listed AI agent, backend, database, messaging, storage, and frontend technologies.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in product development.
- Ability to learn new technology stacks quickly.
- Previous startup or founding experience is a bonus.
- Experience with or interest in API and SDK design and developer experience is a bonus.
