Responsibilities
- Deliver new backend functionality and features using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Improve code quality and continuously evolve the codebase.
- Contribute significantly to technical decisions.
- Coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Own the development lifecycle from code through production, including deployment and monitoring.
- Identify and remove blockers, inefficiencies, and waste while keeping customers a priority.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including the latest features.
- Experience developing high-volume transactional applications.
- Experience with asynchronous services or processing.
- Experience with CI/CD and effective software testing.
- Willingness to mentor less experienced engineers and work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive, honest, learning-oriented approach.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
