Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Develop cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers.
- Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and establish standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
- Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Identify technical improvements, reduce technical debt, and optimize system performance.
- Influence long-term technology strategy through evaluation of emerging tools and practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to internal and external technology communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 7+ years coding across multiple listed languages, database experience, cloud experience, open-source framework contributions, front-end JavaScript or TypeScript framework experience, API development, automated testing, infrastructure as code, Git-based version control, cloud troubleshooting, AI-based coding tools, mentoring, observability, and large-scale technical leadership.
- Experience establishing coding standards and design patterns across teams is preferred.
