Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features across UI, APIs, services, and databases.
- Write production code daily using Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript.
- Lead and mentor an offshore development team through code reviews, task breakdowns, sprint ceremonies, and coaching.
- Own end-to-end delivery with minimal supervision and collaborate with onshore stakeholders.
- Address technical debt, performance issues, and security gaps proactively.
- Communicate delivery risks and progress to onshore leadership.
- Support reliable integration with AWS and Azure services and alignment with governance, risk, and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Java and React skills.
- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.
- Strong debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Comfort with Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
- Preferred experience includes Kafka, Angular, Terraform or infrastructure as code, OAuth 2.0, JWT, performance tuning, caching strategies, and observability tooling.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer.
