Base Salary

$79k - $111k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build internal tools, customer-facing product features, and agents using AI.
  • Design, build, and maintain JavaScript/TypeScript automations, lightweight APIs, CLI tools, and web utilities.
  • Build and integrate agents and AI-powered features using Claude, Claude Code, and other LLM APIs.
  • Implement and manage MCP/API integrations with GitHub, Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal APIs.
  • Partner with product and platform engineering to turn complex problems into shipped software.
  • Troubleshoot integration and system issues, write documentation, onboard teammates, and contribute to design reviews, sprint planning, and testing.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years out of college in software engineering with a strong computer science background.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping software built with AI, including agents, tools, or products.
  • Fluency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience building tools or automations and integrating REST, GraphQL, or webhook APIs.
  • Daily familiarity with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and AWS or a similar cloud platform.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and customer-focused thinking.
  • Preferred qualifications include SQL or NoSQL database experience, Docker or serverless experience, Python or Bash scripting, and interest in e-commerce or logistics technology.
