Base Salary
$160k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services and manage Entra ID tenant health.
- Design and manage Azure infrastructure for corporate IT workloads.
- Implement and administer Azure Arc for hybrid environment management.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for deployments.
- Plan, rack, and commission physical server hardware.
- Administer Windows Server environments and manage virtualized workloads.
- Own monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response.
- Drive automation across infrastructure operations and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in Microsoft Azure and M365 administration.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- Strong Azure infrastructure skills including VMs, VNets, and Identity Management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Arc for hybrid server management.
- Solid Windows Server administration skills.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation scripting.
- Ability to perform physical server work in a data center environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
