Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, high-performance systems in Go.
- Shape technical vision and architecture for platform domains.
- Make system design decisions for single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures at scale.
- Unify and improve infrastructure and services to support efficient scaling and reliability.
- Develop AI-assisted engineering practices, including agentic coding and tool creation.
- Partner with Engineering and Product Managers on the technical roadmap and future platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating complex distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining code quality and engineering discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- GraphQL experience is preferred, while strong API design and backend fundamentals are more important.
