Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve models, LLM orchestration, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure.
- Enable agent and workflow product engineers.
- Own and raise the standard for AI quality.
- Own the vision for end-to-end AI orchestration across modules.
- Work on challenging AI research problems, including making AI less detectable as AI.
- Prototype new products and turn prototypes into high-quality AI products.
- Improve agent behavior so it is more human-like and produces more accurate and detailed results from insurance interactions.
Requirements
- Deep experience implementing and building AI agents.
- Strong interest in reading the latest LLM research papers.
- Experience with complex distributed systems involving many asynchronous operations.
- Very high proficiency in Python.
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with current AI releases such as o1, OpenAI voice mode, and Claude Computer-Use.
- Ability to balance rapid experimentation with systematic evaluation.
- Interest in advancing conversational AI technology.
