Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-ready software solutions using AI-native engineering practices.
- Customize and integrate the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ServiceNow environments.
- Use scripting and automation to improve software development and operations.
- Maintain software quality and compliance in AI-driven projects.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document best practices, share knowledge, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform customization and integration.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI-native engineering principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of software quality and compliance practices in AI-driven projects.
- 15 years of full-time education.
