Base Salary
$349k - $431k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Onboard model engineers on rapid prototyping and experiments.
- Prototype necessary infrastructure for model experimentation.
- Drive post-training technology and training recipe roadmaps.
- Contribute to the production rollout of major model architecture evolutions.
- Build collaborations between Onboard and research teams.
- Evolve the post-training recipe roadmap with milestones for production impact.
Requirements
- Technical and hands-on experience as an individual contributor or team lead.
- Active coding, code reviewing, and running experiments.
- Hands-on experience in post-training techniques like RL and SFT.
- Experience in Robotics, VLA, or VLM with a strong understanding of model architectures.
- Production-driven mindset with ownership of quality and timely delivery.
- Strong communication skills and organizational awareness.
