Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end architecture for next-generation ad formats.
- Design automated systems for ad format serving and optimization.
- Build framework-level solutions for faster deployment of new formats.
- Conceptualize and prototype new ad format ideas based on market trends.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in engineering across availability and scalability.
- Mentor and guide other engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years as a technical leader driving complex projects.
- Deep expertise in building and scaling ad formats or similar systems.
- Excellent programming and system design skills.
- Experience with highly available, high-performance backend systems.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and best practices.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
