Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain platform components and applications across on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering practices.
- Participate in CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud deployment activities.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues, performance challenges, and production defects.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, support, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and learning.
- Work across multiple projects, product areas, and technical domains with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in commercial software development.
- Experience with Customer Switching.
- Experience effectively using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Ability to incorporate AI tools into daily development workflows while maintaining code quality and security.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with HTTP-based standards such as OData.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Upper-intermediate or higher spoken and written English.
- Preferred: client-side or frontend development experience.
- Preferred: experience building and operating cloud-based systems, especially Azure.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or Azure Container Apps, and Helm.
