Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build responsive React.js and TypeScript user interfaces and Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Architect scalable, low-latency APIs and expose backend functionality as MCP services for AI agents.
- Deploy and manage applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, cloud-native storage, and enterprise databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, users, and technology groups to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct systems analysis, feasibility studies, planning, risk assessment, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
- Ensure software is high quality, reusable, secure, maintainable, and compliant with applicable policies and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to new or lower-level analysts.
- Operate with limited supervision, exercise independent judgment, and advise senior stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of professional full-stack software development experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale applications.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience designing microservice-based applications.
- Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript for sophisticated user interfaces.
- Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade microservices.
- Experience developing low-latency, scalable, high-throughput APIs using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, collections, multithreading, API integration, third-party libraries, and application security.
- Experience with distributed, multi-tier applications and reusable component or service development.
- Experience in systems analysis, application programming, and successful project implementation.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
- Strong interest or prior experience in generative AI, large language models, and agent-based systems is highly desirable.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
