Responsibilities
- Own projects from concept through deployment and production.
- Build and ship product features daily in collaboration with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Develop Clera’s agentic system for automating the headhunting process end to end.
- Write, iterate, and scale production code while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Talk with customers and improve the product based on their feedback.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools, particularly Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a San Francisco hackerhouse with the founding team.
