Responsibilities
- Provide production support, observability, and production governance for operational excellence.
- Design operating models, process controls, dashboards, and operational views.
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, incident management, and post-incident governance.
- Produce production stability metrics and insights, including availability, reliability, MTTR, and SLA/SLO reporting.
- Act as a gatekeeper for GBP production processes and standards.
- Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, infrastructure, networking issues, and production incidents.
- Lead meetings, drive decisions, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use Copilot and operational technologies to improve day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT troubleshooting, resolution, and maintenance experience.
- Experience with large-scale on-premises and public-cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong observability and monitoring experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, CI/CD, EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Knowledge of API design and integration, SQL, data analysis, incident/problem/change management, root cause analysis, and SRE/operations metrics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to learning and recommending new technologies.
