Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical direction and leadership for rapid prototypes and structured platform development.
- Advance Darktrace’s methodology for defending against unknown cyberattacks.
- Develop strategic vision for specialized technical areas and align it with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members across programming and technology competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies and drive organizational outcomes.
- Communicate technical strategies, project progress, and company initiatives to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive programming expertise and the ability to architect and deliver production-quality solutions.
- Strong knowledge of or deep interest in cybersecurity and malware forensics.
- Experience with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems.
- Proficiency with Docker and familiarity with cloud computing environments.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Rust, and C++.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work autonomously, make strategic decisions, and collaborate effectively.
