Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies for data validation across platforms, interfaces, and ETL processes.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts and AI agents for testing and test data generation.
- Create test management documentation and define, track, and report quality metrics.
- Review and improve data testing strategies for new and existing data initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into executable testing scenarios and validation rules with cross-functional teams.
- Manage defect tracking workflows and coordinate issue resolution with development and business teams.
- Work with vendors to implement testing solutions and recommend improvements to testing processes, technology, and interfaces.
- Own test data management strategy and automation, including provisioning, maintenance, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Mentor onshore and offshore team members and provide technical direction.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on test automation experience across web, mobile, and API layers.
- At least 5 years of experience working with and testing relational databases.
- At least 3 years of experience leading end-to-end test strategy creation and execution across multiple ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency with Selenium and Playwright and a strong understanding of BDD principles.
- Deep knowledge of functional, performance, security, and other testing types.
- Proven experience with test data management strategy, provisioning, and automation, including data governance and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Git version control, branching strategies, and testing in continuous delivery environments.
- Experience with Azure Test Plans, Jira QMetry, and quality metrics reporting.
- Experience mentoring team members and providing technical direction.
- Preferred experience using Copilot, creating AI agents for data testing or test data, and using QuerySurge and the Informatica suite.
