Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and productionization of machine learning models using deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
- Define technical strategy and roadmaps for key ML components in alignment with product goals.
- Build and integrate scalable ML pipelines and services with infrastructure and serving teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement algorithmic improvements for creative selection, freshness, and exploration.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in applied machine learning and system design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- At least 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with TensorFlow, JAX, TFX, AdBrain, large-scale data processing, distributed systems, generative models, online advertising systems, creative optimization, personalization, or recommender systems.
- Preferred: experience working with and mentoring junior engineers.
Benefits
- US base pay is $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
