Responsibilities

  • Support local video services that help users discover hospitality, dining, and leisure experiences.
  • Improve local services search experiences and contribute to ecosystem growth.
  • Apply large-scale machine learning to search and recommendation scenarios for billions of users.
  • Design and implement search algorithms covering query analysis, relevance, recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and blended ranking.
  • Develop personalized behavior modeling, CTR prediction, CVR prediction, vector recall, and value blending systems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including NLP and personalization experience.
  • Possess exceptional coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Be proficient in Linux development environments.
  • Prior search, recommendation, or advertising algorithm experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local life services and e-commerce businesses is preferred.
