Base Salary
$117k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural vision, reference models, and standards across data, AI, automation, and related enterprise domains.
- Serve as Product Owner for prioritized digital, AI, and solutions development initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Drive best practices for business applications, open API-based architecture, data lifecycle management, interoperability, information delivery, analytics, and vendor integration.
- Guide data segmentation, data security, privacy, compliance, monitoring, and auditing capabilities.
- Define and maintain technical principles, standards, architecture, and roadmaps.
- Integrate cloud-native and third-party platforms, services, and technologies into the organization’s technology stack.
- Promote reusable components, modular architecture, standardized practices, integrated data pipelines, orchestration workflows, model deployments, and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Programming, Engineering, or Information Security is required.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 10 years of hands-on solutions development and architecture experience across cloud and on-premise environments is required.
- At least 8 years of custom development experience involving IT systems, applications, data structures, infrastructure, and end-to-end system mapping is required.
- At least 8 years of software development, engineering, and programming experience using languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C++ is required.
- At least 7 years of progressive enterprise architecture or IT strategy experience in architect or solutions lead roles is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-native tools and technologies, data architecture, metadata management, AI/ML, and automation frameworks is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with healthcare enterprise platforms such as Epic, Workday, or ServiceNow is required.
- Healthcare technology experience, particularly in hospital systems or integrated delivery networks, is preferred.
