Base Salary
$160k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services for quantum computer management systems using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to shaping and building the future user interface using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to distributed cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and event-streaming architectures.
- Help build developer-friendly tools and apply UI/UX design principles as appropriate.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Backend development experience with Kotlin, Java, or another object-oriented language, with interest in using or learning Kotlin.
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of HTTP and RESTful web services.
- Preferred experience with distributed cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, event streaming platforms, and AWS or other cloud providers.
- Nice-to-have experience with Python, embedded development concepts, or UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with agile, scrum, or kanban environments is a plus; quantum computing interest is welcome but not required.
Benefits
- Approximate base salary range of $160,000–$225,000.
