Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end to end.
- Define engineering standards and patterns for the future engineering team.
- Partner directly with the founders and contribute technical leadership.
- Continuously ship reliable, observable production systems to enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain frontend, backend, infrastructure, observability, monitoring, tracing, retry, and queuing capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build a product or system from 0 to 1.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
- Hands-on experience integrating or building workflows around large language models and agent-based platforms.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL data storage and database design.
- Track record of owning end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with measurable customer impact.
- Experience implementing observability, monitoring, and tracing in production systems.
- Experience building reliable retry and queuing patterns in distributed systems.
