Base Salary
$87k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation, integrations, APIs, and self-service tools for security technology teams.
- Build AI-enabled capabilities for the AI Ops initiative, including models and agents for monitoring security tool health, identifying incident trends, troubleshooting, and natural-language health-data access.
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes, including shared observability and data collection services.
- Apply secure software development practices including threat modeling, secure code review, authentication and authorization, secrets management, logging, and vulnerability remediation.
- Define and promote source control, testing, automation, and CI/CD standards.
- Document solutions, create runbooks, share knowledge, and support production services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of related experience.
- Hands-on software development experience building production automation, APIs, and integrations, with strong Python skills.
- Practical experience developing AI/ML or LLM-based solutions such as agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, anomaly detection, or model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure or configuration as code.
- Experience in a security, SRE, or DevSecOps environment is preferred.
- CISSP is a bonus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
