Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain efficient GitLab workflows to streamline code management and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize and maintain build systems such as Make and Bazel to enhance performance and scalability.
- Build automation tools to manage engineering infrastructure and reduce manual errors.
- Maintain, monitor, and scale engineering environments to ensure high availability and security.
- Implement solutions and processes that empower developers to work more efficiently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Build and DevOps domain managing highly scalable cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure.
- Proficiency with modern build tools such as Bazel or Make to optimize developer productivity.
- Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills and programming experience in Python, Groovy, C/C++, or Go.
- Hands-on expertise with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Direct experience with GCP and AWS cloud automation within distributed system environments.
